Bio: Languages: I am currently learning how to speak Chinese and Russian. I can understand Japanese to a certain degree but there are always words that I don't know that come into play. I understand fanboy speak and 1337 along with OMFGNOWAYZ!!!
Education: I am a senior at the University of Louisville. I am currently studying in Communications, English, and Asian studies. You can find my writing in the Charisma+2 Magazine.
Platforms: Almost all of them since the SNES. I have to admit I am sad though that my Sega Gensis fell in a battle with a flood. Water beats electronics!
Favorite Games: I play a lot of games. The games I don't really play are driving games. I never could do them that well but I do play the Twisted Metal series for fun. I love to blow up stuff. I do like playing fighting games, puzzle games, and if I have time role playing games. I find that even games like Pokemon for kids are still enjoyable for adults. So games like Mario Party or Sonic Shuffle on the Dreamcast is still as fun as ever to play. I would have to say my puzzle gaming is my best area. My second area is fighting games. I definitely like to play against people for casual play. I don\'t think the games that I do like to compete in are any good. The games I do like to compete in are Dead or Alive, Soul Calibur, and Tekken. I don't think I'm good but I am decent. ;) I definitely wish that there was a Bomberman tournament or at least a Tetris tournament. Those games are so old but so much fun. One of my dreams is to play against Hikaru Utada who is a Japanese Pop Idol who is phenomenal at Tetris. I do like more hardcore games like Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid. I do like playing a bit of horror every so often but I do get scared easily where I have to put the controller down and cool off. A good horror game does the soul good. I do like the Resident Evil Series, and Fatal Frame the most. I am deathly afraid to pick up Silent Hill. I love playing games with anyone, and everyone. I feel that I'm just a casual player at most, but you never know until you challenge me right? ;)
