Background: I’ve been playing video games since I was a kid, starting on the Atari console. My Dad owned the system and I would play with him. I’ve been hooked on video games ever since & there’s no turning back! You gotta find something to amuse & occupy your time when you’re an only child! I graduated from the Atari to the NES when I turned 12. Yes, I am a nerd when it comes to video games. I own a plethora of different consoles.
Consoles Owned: Atari, NES, Super NES, 64, GameCube, Wii, Original Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, DS, DSi, Playstation 1 & 2, Game Gear, Xbox
I haven’t ever owned Sega Genesis or Dreamcast, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t ever played them. That also includes Playstation 3 or Xbox 360-Played these at E3 a few years ago.
Favorite Games: Oh man, we could be here for awhile! Here’s a few I can think of:
Ms. Pac Man, Space Invaders, Galaga, Dig-Dug, Donkey Kong, Ice Climbers, Super Mario Bros. 1 & 3, Double Dragon 2 & 3, Ninja Gaiden, Adventures of Lolo, Super Pang, Shinobi, Tiny Toons, Mario Kart, Paperboy, T&C Surf, Excitebike, Contra, Street Fighter, Puzzle Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Samarai Showdown 1 & 2, Sean White Snowboarding, Puzzle De Pon, Bubble Bobble, Guitar Hero, DDR, Mega Man, Sonic, Dr. Mario, Wario Ware, Tetris, Q-Bert, Naruto, etc.
Gaming Experience:
I consider myself a pro when it comes to gaming. I enjoy a lot of fighter, puzzle, racing, strategy games, but I’ll play anything really. I’m not too picky.
Hobbies: Besides gaming, I enjoy sports (ie. Snowboarding, bowling, baseball, tennis, etc.), food, music, movies, drawing, hanging out with friends & family, traveling, meeting new people, and technology.
Education: I graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Communication. I went to the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts for Theatre, Tech Theatre, & Dance. Also, I have a Certificate for Graphic Design with Emphasis on Print.
Relevant Work Experience: I’ve been doing promotions, events, conventions, tours, etc for over 7 years now. I just recently started doing it full-time since the beginning of Sept. 2009. The most relevant work experience was when I was a product specialist for a few Nintendo tours the last 2 years. That IS the dream job; to get paid to play games and travel! Can I get another gig like that please?!
