Background:I have been gaming since in my mother's womb, Okay, ever since I was able to hold a controller.
My addiction formed into a passion immediately. I've always been a good girl at school. I was a geek, but I was social, too.
I could and still can get along with anyone and everyone. So anyways, here I was at school feeling like hot stuff with the
first to show up with a GameBoy Color of all my gamer associates. No one dared challenge me in Pokemon (hey, man, my Mewtwo knew blizzard!).
I had a lot of friends at school, but funny enough, my closest friends were people online
that I had yet to meet in person then.
Gaming: I am a pro at fighters. I competitively play Street Fighter
IV, BlazBlue, Tekken, Super Smash Bros, Warcraft III, and Pokemon
Diamond/Pearl. I am currently the #1 ranked female in Super Smash
Bros. Brawl from overall tournament rankings. I have entered over
fifty gaming tournaments. My resume for Brawl alone can be found here.
Many are not
even listed because the only ones recorded are from tournaments that
used the 'TIO' tournament program. Besides tournaments for fighters
such as EVO, I have played in small tournaments for CS, WarCraft III,
and RockBand. I intend to become very competitive in StarCraft II. I
am experienced in PC FPS games, and recreational in RPGs and rhythm
games. I play everything and love all games. They are my passion!
Hobbies Aside from Gaming: Voice-acting, Acting, Drawing, Singing, Writing, Role-playing, Hosting tournaments and gamefests... Oh wait, that's gaming. >.<
Favorite Games: I hate it when people ask me 'what's your favorite
game?' because that's a very difficult question for a gamer. I don't
have a favorite game, but I love fighters, RTS, RPG, Action,
Adventure, oldschool Platformers, Puzzle, MMO, FPS... oh, bah, I love
'em all. I love the Legend of Zelda series, Final Fantasy series, Star
Fox series, Smash Bros. series, Pokemon series, Warcraft III ladder,
Warcraft III: DOTA custom, Counter Strike, Dance Dance Revolution, In
the Groove, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Megaman X, the
entire Mario series, classic Sonic series, Kirby series, the first
Rayman, Lunar series, Metroid series, Animal Crossing Series, old
school games no one's heard of like Bucky O'Hare on the NES and
underrated games like Rocket Knight Adventures on the Sega Genesis and
Mischief Makers on the N64. I've recently gotten into more FPS games
such as the Halo and Gears of War IPs, but my strongest and most
fleshed out genre lies in fighters.
Platforms Owned: NES, Sega Genesis, SNES, Virtual Boy, Sega Saturn,
N64, Playstation, Playstation 2, Playstation 2 slim, Xbox, Xbox360,
Playstation 3, Gameboy, Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Color, Gameboy
Advance, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo
GameCube, Nintendo Wii, and PC.
Show Experience: I've only started modeling recently. So far I work for Mark Beachum of Marvel and DC fame and SynthetikXS Magazine (2009)
as Synthia Cyanide, Aurora Blade. I have been attended several conventions since 2005
as a mere fan. Since 2009 I have been more serious about my
attendance. At the 2009 GameStop conference I was the spokesmodel for
2K Games' new BioShock 2. I had proven that although I am fun and
childish at heart, I can very well present myself in a serious and
professional manner.
Modeling Experience: I have worked with Mark Beachum of Marvel and DC
fame and SynthetikXS Magazine. I am a muse for Manuel T. Gonzales of
Blizzard Entertainment! Ever since I ran into him at BlizzCon 2009, we
shared our game-related dreams and decided to work together,
photographer and model. However, now that I have finally settled into
California, I am ALWAYS looking for more work and more opportunities;
not limited to, but ESPECIALLY involving gaming gigs. My dream is to
be a face of gaming; especially competitive gaming.
Personality:I
Very open-minded and easy to talk to and get along with.
I think a lot; I believe I'm always strategizing. I'm chill, fun and
friendly outside of tournaments, but when you have to face me in a
tournament, you'd better watch yer ace because my strats are pro! Woot
woot! ;) Ahem, no, but really. I'm not as intimidating as I look...
because I look intimidating, right?
